This privacy notice explains how Fashionsbloom (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you use our services, including websites that link to this notice (for example, fashionsbloom.com), make purchases, or otherwise interact with us online or offline. If you do not agree with our practices, please do not use our Services.

We do not sell personal information.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this notice, subject to legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When we no longer need data, we either delete it, anonymize it, or retain it in a secure form (for example, backups) until deletion is possible.

U.S. state-specific rights
  • California (CCPA/CPRA): California residents may request categories of personal information collected, request deletion, and opt out of sharing/sale of personal info (we do not sell personal info). You may also request information about third-party sharing for direct marketing once per year.

  • Connecticut (CTDPA): Connecticut residents may request to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of personal data and opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or profiling.

How to make a request: Submit a data subject access request or privacy inquiry to support@fashionsbloom.com. We will verify requests using previously provided contact information or other reasonable means. If additional verification information is required, we will request it and then delete it after verification.

Response timelines: We aim to respond to verifiable requests within applicable legal timeframes. If an appeal or additional review is needed, you will receive a response within 60 days (or as specified by local law). For opt-out or “do not sell/share” requests, we will respond within applicable statutory timelines (for example, we will acknowledge and act on opt-out requests promptly; see Section 4 of our prior policy for a 15-day operational window).

8. Cookies, tracking, and Do-Not-Track

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, personalize experiences, and analyze performance. Most browsers let you control cookies via settings. We currently do not honor DNT (Do-Not-Track) signals because there is no uniform industry standard; if that changes, we will update this notice.

9. Children

Our Services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we collected data from a child in a way that violates applicable law, we will take steps to delete that information.

10. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will post the updated notice with a new “Effective date” and, where required, notify you of material changes.
