At Fashionsbloom we want every purchase to feel right. Our returns and refunds policy is designed to be simple, fair, and customer-first. We offer a generous 120-day return window for most items and commit to processing approved refunds within 14 days of receipt and approval.
This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States unless otherwise stated.

To be eligible for a return, items must generally be:
Unworn, unused, and free of odors (perfume, smoke)
In original condition with all tags attached
In original packaging (where possible)
Returned within 120 days from the date you received your order
Exceptions / Non-returnable items: personalized/custom items, final-sale clearance items (clearly marked), and hygiene-related items — these cannot be returned unless faulty. If you’re unsure, contact support and we’ll confirm eligibility.
Email us at support@fashionsbloom.com with: order number, full name, reason for return, and photos (required for damaged/defective items).
We will reply within 1 business day with a return authorization and instructions.
For defective/damaged/wrong items we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
For change-of-mind returns within 120 days we will provide a prepaid return label (free) as a courtesy for the first return per order; subsequent change-of-mind returns may require cost-share or customer-paid label — we’ll always present clear options.
Pack the item securely (original packaging recommended), attach the return label, and drop off at the specified carrier. Keep your tracking number.
Once we receive the return, we will inspect it and notify you by email (inspection typically completes within 48 hours of arrival).
After inspection, if your return is approved, we will process the refund within 14 days to the original payment method.
Once processed, your card issuer or bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the credit.
If you used gift card or store credit, refunds will be returned to the original store credit or reissued as store credit if preferred.
If a return is approved but the item shows signs of wear or missing tags, a partial refund may be issued that reflects the reduced value — we will explain any adjustments.
Free exchanges (size replacement or same item) are available for defective or incorrectly shipped items.
For change-of-mind exchanges, we will assist with an exchange order and may provide a prepaid label (see section 3).
If the replacement item costs more (different size/style), we will charge the additional amount; if it costs less, we will refund the difference.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Contact support@fashionsbloom.com immediately with photos and order details.
We will arrange a full refund or free replacement and cover return shipping.
If a replacement is available, we will expedite shipping at no extra charge.
Cancellations: You may cancel an order within 12 hours of placement for a full refund. After 12 hours, production/fulfillment may begin and cancellation might not be possible.
Address errors: Please confirm your address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address you provided, return shipping/reshipment costs may apply.
Always keep the return tracking number. If your return is lost in transit, contact us and the carrier with the tracking number. We will assist in recovery claims. For prepaid labels, we will help escalate carrier investigations.
This policy covers U.S. orders. International return rules and shipping costs may differ — contact support for guidance on returns from outside the U.S.
